Invite the Shift
My coaching provides a grounded approach to personal change. I guide women in remembering who they were before the world told them who to be—and in intentionally redesigning the next chapter of their lives. I support women navigating life transitions of all kinds—career pivots, motherhood, shifting relationships, or seasons of feeling disconnected.
I help women seeking reinvention find clarity for bold change.

A Bit About Me
Becky Kessler-Sykes, MSc
My first brave leap came when I relocated to California to pursue music in my early twenties. That bold, independent move taught me what I was made of—and, also, what I was lacking. It sparked a lifelong commitment to self-discovery and learning.

Since then, I’ve worn many hats. Each role deepened my understanding of human potential, the resilience that lives inside each of us, and the absolute necessity for connection.

My roots go back to Texas A&M University, where my degree in English marked the start of my love for human stories. I became a certified yoga teacher in 2008, bringing body and breath into the work. I earned my Master’s in Organizational Development from Pepperdine University in 2011, where I ignited my passion for coaching and leadership. I spent 20 years in early childhood education, eventually founding and operating Sunny Days Preschool.
Every chapter— writer, musician, yoga teacher, mother, wife, educator, and business owner—has led me to the deep well I now draw from as a life coach for women. I received my coaching credential through the Coach Training Alliance (CTA).
I believe in dreaming big and taking risks, while still staying grounded in practical wisdom. I believe in momentum and occasional luck, but never shortcuts. I believe that growth is not linear— it can wander and be messy. It’s all part of the gorgeous, challenging journey of showing up fully for ourselves and our lives.
Today, I live in Santa Monica, California with my husband, young daughter, and dog, Butter.

“And the day came when the risk to remain tight in a bud was more painful than the risk it took to blossom.”
-Anais Nin
